India benefits from refusing to impose sanctions on Russia – Russian CCI rep in India

Igor Piasetskii, the Honorary Representative of the Russian CCI in India, stated that while the Japanese and South Koreans complain about suffering from anti-Russian sanctions, India claims to have benefited from it. The main reason for this is India's refusal to participate in the Western sanctions policy.
