Jackfruit Curry

Here is my jackfruit curry, tasty and one of my favourite comfort foods. A simple recipe and easy to make😊if you are vegetarian just use vegetable stock, hope you enjoy the video and happy cooking

Ingredients:
For boiling jackfruit:
400 gr young jackfruit
2 litres of freshwater
Pinch of salt

For flavouring:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion medium size
3 garlic cloves
3 pcs small green chillis (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp curry powder mild one
Pinch of black pepper
250 ml chicken stock or vegetable stock
60 ml coconut cream (or you can use thick coconut milk )

Served with :
1 tbsp fried shallots a bunch of coriander leaves
1 Bali hot pepper (for garnish)
Steamed rice
