BREAKFAST IS 100% MY FAVORITE MEAL
Breakfast is 100% my favorite and the most crucial meal of my day. This is also the meal where I see soo many people go wrong. As the first meal of the day, breakfast is when you literally break the fast from not eating during the night. That first meal should be healthy and full of protein and fats. Unfortunately I see too many people choosing inflammatory foods that destroy your gut, inhibiting your ability to naturally produce serotonin (happy hormone), while causing brain fog and reduced cognitive function among other things 😓 Pancakes, waffles, and cereal are NOT healthy options. I don't regard these things as "food". They possess little to no nutrition, and cause a ton of inflammation. I see fitness influencer always promoting these gross, super saturated meals like "protein pancakes" for instance... Just eat some
