Kyiv: In the Russian attack one missile hit near the hospital

We see the exact location where the missile fell marked in red on the map. Second picture, the missile hit the front of that building near Ohmatdyt hospital.
The hospital was definitely not the target of the attack. For some reason, the missile still flew and hit near the hospital.
