Todd Toven's Wagyu Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry | Blackstone Griddles

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Wagyu steak, thinly sliced
Teriyaki sauce
Fresh garlic, minced
Cooking oil for griddle
2 cups broccoli, chopped
2 cups red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups onion, sliced
2 cups carrots, diced or shredded
Salt
Black pepper
Two (14.2 oz) packs of Soba, Hokkien, or Udon pre-cooked noodles
Sesame seeds
Sriracha sauce (optional)
Directions
1. Marinate the thinly sliced steak in teriyaki sauce and minced garlic for 1-3 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to high.
3. Drizzle and spread oil on the hot griddle. Add the marinated steak, stirring often while cooking.
4. As the steak nears completion, move it to one side of the griddle. Add more oil to the other side and add the broccoli, red bell pepper, onions, and carrots.
5. Stir the vegetables frequently and mix them with the steak once the meat is cooked through. Cook the vegetables until they are about 70% done; they should still have some crunch.
6. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Move the vegetables and meat to the side. Add the noodles with more oil to warm them up, then mix everything together.
8. Add additional teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds, and mix well.
9. Remove from the griddle and drizzle with more teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, and sriracha sauce if desired. Enjoy!
