Woman Helps Turtle Stuck on Wrong Side of Fence

Info from Licensor: "They should've built the fence several inches off the ground. There's nowhere for the turtles to lay their eggs inside the fence. It's a steep easement and the pond overfills every time it rains. it's been a week and I've already seen several turtles in distress trying to get in or out of the fence."
