In central Indonesia, a woman was found dead inside the belly of a snake last week, marking the second fatal python attack in the province within a month.

Siriati, 36, went missing after leaving her home Tuesday morning to buy medicine for her sick child.

Her husband, Adiansa, 30, discovered her slippers and pants about 500 meters from their house in Siteba village, South Sulawesi province.

Nearby, he found a live snake with a notably large belly. With the help of villagers, they cut open the snake and found Siriati’s body inside, CBS News has reported.
