A quick & delicious snack for when you’re craving a Bounty but want something a bit healthier!

1. Stir together shredded coconut and coconut cream (the thick part on top of a tin of coconut milk) until you have a paste.
2. Cut dates in half and remove the stone.
3. Stuff the dates with spoonfuls of the coconut mixture.
