Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

A cold front moved on through last night which means today will be cooler and breezy, but still not too bad with highs in the 60s. There will be a slight chance of an isolated shower today with that frontal boundary not too far from us, but most of us for most of the day will be dry. If you live next to Lake Michigan, it will be much cooler there. We'll clear out the skies tonight with lows in the mid-40s. Friday looks quiet with highs in the 70s, though it will be cooler along Lake Michigan. As of right now, the system for the weekend will be taking its time to get here and be quite weak when it does. Most of the daytime on Saturday now looks dry with highs in the upper-60s. Our chances of a few showers  increase as we head in into Saturday night. Except for a few lingering morning showers......as of right now, Sunday does not look like a wash, though it will be breezy and just a little cooler. Basically, the weekend will not be a wash. The Fox River is experiencing minor flooding in Green Lake County. The river is expected to drop below flood stage into early next week.
