Dyke Breach in Dongting Lake Was Mainly Caused by the Mismanagement of CCP

07/08/2024 China Insider with David Zhang: The dyke breach in Dongting Lake was partly due to the heavy rainfall in recent days, but more importantly, it was caused by the mismanagement of CCP, you could say it’s a man-made disaster. The local officials’ flood control strategy violated the most basic science. And people accused the local officials of basically doing the formality, they're not really serious about the flood control.
