Catherine Kassenoff took her own life after losing custody of her kids. The mother released a lengthy Facebook post last year where she announced she was taking her own life. Catherine had accused the husband of abusing the kids however new details suggest that *she* was the real abuser. A former nanny claims Catherine would punish their adopted daughter by dripping water on her all day so she couldn't sleep when she was a baby. Her biological kids were treated much better. Catherine's adopted daughter found out her mom took her life from reading her Facebook post.

Nannies also reportedly found fingernail marks on the adopted daughter's back when she was younger and took her to a doctor. Catherine had posted videos online, including the one below, to paint Allan as a bad father. The father, Allan, says his wife ended her life just to get back at him. "Assuming she's [gone]. Her dying wish and goal was to still hurt me and the kids." Allan says he is still not completely convinced his wife actually took her life despite receiving the certificates.
