This is a new quided mindfulness meditation on finding a quiet mind. This meditation uses visualization techniques to take your mind to a beautiful place of peace and calm - Imagine a beautiful serene lake or ocean view. Take yourself to a place where you can relax and find that sacred place of quiet chill within you. Learn to love silently observing a peaceful present while you reset and reduce any anxiety or stress you are feeling.

This guided session is 14 minutes long in total. 9 minutes have guided dialogue while the remaining time is music only to help you slowly return to the rest of your day or night. Use speakers or headphones to follow along with this session and find deep healing. I know that you can find that inner peace each day!
