Joe Biden visited a black church in Philadelphia just over a week after his terrible debate performance against Donald J Trump on CNN.

During the event, Joe Biden seemed lost and confused; at times falling asleep. He had a binder with notes that he checked multiple times. Among other gaffes bloopers!
