Hailing Island🇨🇳

This is my friend from Denmark. He runs a small hotel business on the island. It’s like an apartment made to a hotel room is very cheap. The most expensive room is like $50 for one night but you have much cheaper rooms. Also also depends on the year and this location nearby there is a big piece of land. I want to rent to do the farming business. We need like 10 people to share the land. We find five people already. We need five more so if you’re interested in the farming business for growing crops or keeping animals or any other thing like that , it’s a very good place to do it. It’s warm nearly all around freezing temperature. I think the coldest in the winter time it’s around 10° and the windows are short. The land would be 10,000 m² every person would have 1000 m² for themselves every year for the rent of the land you will only be less than $200 for renting the land at first and setting up fence and camera system. every person need to pay a little more than $2000 , the land is cheap but defense it’s most of the cost.
