Paneer Butter Masala Recipe
*RECIPE*
1. To prepare pury, take 3 tbsp of oil in a pan add add 1 tbsp jeera, garlic, ginger, 1 green chill, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes and some kaju.
2. Add 1 tbsp of salt, half tbsp kashmiri red mirch powder and roast it well.
3. Add some water and covered with lid to cook well for 5 minutes.4. Now make a smooth puree.
5. In a pan take some oil, one butter cube and one chopped onion. Cook till it golden brown. Then add 1 tbsp Kashmiri red mirch powder, half tbsp salt and roast well.
6. Add the puree and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Adjust the consistency of thegravy by adding water.
8. Add panner cubes and cook for 2 minutes.
9. Garnish with some cream and coriander leaves.Enjoy
