Carolina Cool is the flexible coolant nozzle that is specially made to deliver coolant during the cutting process. Unlike a plastic Loc-Line nozzle, these nozzles are made with brass fittings and convoluted bronze tubing, so the unit holds its position and target better than a plastic Loc Line nozzle, and it won't leak because it has no joints to rotate or loosen.

This is the original coolant nozzle system for machine tools, metalworking machines, grinders, CNC lathes, and drill presses. The bronze articulated coolant nozzle system is vibration and pressure stable, is INDIVIDUAL AND FLEXIBLE, and comes in many different lengths of 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", and many different fitting sizes, from 1/8 NPT, 1/4 NPT, 3/8 NPT and 1/2 NPT. It is rust-free and offers a long service life. Can be easily screwed in place and adjusted by hand or with plyers for the short lengths like the 2" and the 3". The coolant pressure and machine vibrations have little effect on the position of the bend. Can be used on machine tools and manufacturing equipment, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, cutting machines, drill presses, saw machines, filing machines, and is well suited for numerous applications including emulsions, cooling, cutting oils, chemical substances, and can be used for air cooling.
