In this video, I discuss time-based advertisements, their relationship to storytelling, and analyze a Honda Odyssey minivan commercial in detail.

ALSO: it didn't really fit into the flow of the video, but another small detail to note in the commercial is that the male figure drops his old car keys alongside the milk (you have to look very closely to see them in the shadows). On a surface level, this simply implies he is leaving his old car behind for this new and exciting ride, but under the theme I've established in the video it could also represent a moment of superficial "growth" (leaving his old self behind).
