📌Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes (1kg).
~ 1/4 cup of melted butter (80g).
~6 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (40g).
5 cloves of garlic (15g).
1 teaspoon of salt.
2 teaspoons of oregano, or thyme.
1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
a pinch of black pepper.

📌cheddar cheese sauce :
60g of cheddar cheese slices, or shredded.
3 tablespoons of milk (50ml).
1 teaspoon of butter (5g).
