10 Minute Full Body Workout 02
Hi Friends! It's Chris & Whitney.
Here is a full body 10 minute workout that you can do anywhere at any time. There are some jumping movements in here which can be advanced, but we have included modified versions for everyone to follow along.
It's always recommended that you perform exercises according to your individual fitness level.
Although it will vary depending on the individual's exercise performance, we recommend warming up, such as dynamic stretching, for about 10 minutes before exercising.
