US GMLRS missiles destroyed Russian Yastreb-AV radar complex worth $250 million

Soldiers of the Ukrainian armed forces’ 140th brigade have intercepted and struck with a drone the "Yastreb-AV" radar complex that belongs to the invading Russian army and is used for artillery reconnaissance. The complex worth 250 million dollars was destroyed as a result of an attack by two GMLRS missiles with the use of HIMARS missile fire. GMLRS Multiple Launch Rocket System has been provided to Ukraine as part of a military aid from the United States. Since Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the United States has committed approximately $44 billion in security assistance to Ukraine.
