45-Minute Total Body Conditioning Workout | 9.18.2023

This 45-minute interval-style workout is a total body challenge that features a cardio block, a lower body strength block, an upper body strength strength block, and finished with a core block. Each section is 8 minutes of work (2 rounds at a minute per move) so it can be split into 4 separate workouts or throw them all together for a full body experience. There is a bodyweight warm up to start and includes a short cool down to wrap up.

Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, 3 sets of dumbbells (I am using 5's, 12's, and 15's), a mini-band, and a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too! Shoes and equipment are always optional as these exercises can all be done bodyweight.
