A Ukrainian soldier in Bucha AFTER Russia pulled out, ask his superior if he can shoot people if they are not wearing a blue arm band. Many of the dead in Bucha who were allegedly shot by Russia were wearing white arm bands - signifying support of Russia. This would have been seen as traitorous by the Ukrainians, and what is the punishment for treason - especially during wartime?
