Viktor Orbán and Vladimir Putin began talks in Moscow.

"Welcome to Moscow, to Russia. I understand that you have arrived not only as our long-time partner but also as the President of the European Council. I hope we will have the opportunity to exchange views on building bilateral relations and, of course, to discuss the prospects for the development of the crisis in Ukraine," Putin welcomed Orbán.
