Biryani Masala
Ingredients:
12 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
8 cloves
10 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
12 tsp pepper corns
1 mace
1 nutmeg
1 Star anise
cinnamon stick
10-12 green chilli
1 kg chicken
1 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
12 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
food colour
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup curd
coriander leaves
mint leaves
1 tsp kewra water
1 cup oil
3 sliced onions
4-5 cup rice (i have used 4 cup )
3 tbsp salt
bay leaves
cinnamon stick
cloves4-5
cardamom 4-5
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp lemon juice
fried onions
mint leaves
coriander leaves
kewra water
desi ghee
food colour
