A polar bear named Umka has been terrorizing residents of the village of Ust-Olenka in Yakutia for 10 days. The clumsy bear is not afraid of loud noises, drones, dogs and all other ways to drive him away - the bear flexes through trash cans in the village, fields and the beach in search of goodies.
