Steamed Prawn Rice Rolls (aka prawn cheung fun)

This is a cheat’s version using rice paper instead of the traditional rice noodle roll but it’s super delicious! Steaming the rice paper gives it a nice chewy texture and keeps the prawns juicy.

INGREDIENTS:

Rice paper
Prawns
Spring onions

Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce (I used rice vinegar as I didn’t have any oyster sauce)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp chilli oil
1-2 tbsp warm water
