A Hartford City nurse is accused of sexual battery for allegedly drugging and then groping a patient on multiple occasions at Ball Memorial Hospital. According to a probable cause affidavit filed in Delaware County on Monday, a Ball Memorial Hospital (BMH) patient told police that her nurse, Nathaniel Mosco, administered morphine that she “did not request, nor want,” then groped her for several minutes in January.
