We are always open for discussion of diplomatic settlement of Ukrainian conflict – Putin

Putin says that during the meeting with Hungarian PM they discussed ways of settling the Ukrainian conflict. Viktor Orban has proposed several initiatives, including a proposition of ceasefire and peace negotiations, Putin added.
