FC Cincinnati, West End officially partners

FC Cincinnati needed to close the West End Community Benefits Agreement to earn $36 million worth of city infrastructure funding for the $200 million stadium site. The plans still hinge on Major League Soccer accepting FC Cincinnati's bid to join the league as an expansion team. Jeff Berding said he believes the agreement means they're "one big step closer to allowing that to happen."
