Today marks day 147 of my sobriety journey, and I’m thrilled to have my computer back. The past weeks have been incredibly challenging without it. Not being able to work, edit videos, and engage with social media was a significant struggle. I found myself feeling low, unproductive, and constantly wanting to sleep, questioning the meaning of everything. It’s been a rough period, and I’m genuinely surprised and proud that I didn’t relapse.

Now that I have my computer back, it’s time to get back to hard work, editing, and connecting with all of you. In today's video, I talk about my recent struggles with low self-esteem and confidence, especially when surfing, and how these challenges have triggered my addiction.
