The first involves suing the Alberta Government for the losses businesses suffered due to the lockdowns and mandates, after the Alberta King's Bench ruled the covid mandates to be illegal (ultra vires). The second involves holding the provincial and federal governments accountable for causing injuries to Canadians by forcing the jab without informed consent and misleading the public.
