INGREDIENTS: (makes 2 dozen)
400 gms beef Mince( or chicken mince)
Half cup oil
Half Onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 green chilies chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper
Half tsp paprika
Half tsp oregano
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilligarlic sauce
Half cup bell peppers/
capsicum chopped
2 tbsp coriander chopped
Samosa patti/ or roll sheets
Flour paste ( 3 tbsp flour in 1 cup water)
METHOD:
In a wok add oil, sauté onion, add mince along with gingergarlic paste, spices, green chilies, cook for 10-12 mins, then add bell peppers, vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce,saute , add coriander and its ready. Let it cool
aside. Take samosa patti, shape samosas as shown, seal with flour paste, fry for 6-8 min until golden brown,.
Bake or airfry at 190C for 12 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy.
You can freeze these,
