Entertainment Galactic History According to Lion and Bird People Races: Interview with Jelaila Starr In 1993 Jelaila Starr began communicating with a humanoid Lion-being called Devon who belongs to a Feline race that first established a presence in the Lyra constellation. She was told that the Felines were responsible for seeding the first humans in the Lyra and Vega systems and later established a presence in the Syrian star system after a catastrophic war.
