13-year-old boy pistol-whipped, tied with extension cord during attempted kidnapping in Cleveland

Police say a 13-year-old boy was approached by three men, tied up and pistol-whipped during an attempted kidnapping and aggravated robbery on the city's west side on Tuesday morning.
