The second part of Cognitive Warfare covers the NATO document released in late 2020. This document is very telling and blatantly highlights the need for the Military Industrial Complex to change the battlespace to the Mind, to militarize the MIND. It also covers the various fields connected to such an endeavor: neurosciences, AI, biometrics, facial recognition, etc.
