Calves (leg press calf raises) were superseted with lying hamstring curls and then tibia raises, adductors and abductors were superseted with leg extensions. Planning on doing adductors and abductors separately at the end next time cuz heavy adductors and leg extensions are NOT a great duo for superset-ing, had to learn that the hard way lol 😂😶‍🌫️
