TOTC Part 9. In Part 9, the Energy . . 2306 A.D. Project discusses the complexities of developing a thermal model of the Earth and its Biosphere. Much emphasis will be placed on the difference between the approach taken by the IPCC and that that would be taken by the Engineering community in general. Basically, the IPCC should have couched all of its “findings” under the guise of “speculation” rather than the “absolute conclusions” that it caused the world community to believe. Fundamentally, Dick shows that the odds are very high that the Engineering Community would have taken a “pass” on the task that the IPCC took on at the behest of the Europeans, because the only answer is a guess at best, so why waste the effort?
