HOW TO DO THE NUMBER CHALLENGE

How to do the Number challenge using.. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. You count in ascending order by dropping one number until you get to "8", and start counting in descending order by adding one number until you have the complete set of numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8.
