Waiver of Informed Consent for Human Clinical Trials

The Chevron Deference gives us a chance to challenge the 2017 FDA Regulation which took away citizen informed consent when they are being placed into a human clinical trial, generally via their private healthcare visit.

This regulation is grossly unethical and unconstitutional! The Chevron Deference has opened the doors for us to come together and have it stricken down!
