Kevin Kraft is a musician, sound healer and children’s book author of Ohmmmmmmm. Kevin is the sounder and founder of Soundshala a unique mindfulness curriculum combining music, breathwork, movement and meditation to help achieve the mindful benefits of a sound yoga practice. This is evident in the soundscape of voice, gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes and other instruments that help us relax and release deeply into balance.Soundshala offers its signature offerings for children, the aging demographic, organizations, as well as the general public through regular classes for the public, workshops, retreats, festivals and keynote engagements. Kevin specializes in the following areas of mindfulness.
