Remote viewing is perceiving or describing details about a distant or unseen target. The modern era of remote viewing began in the early 1970s when the CIA, along with other U.S. government agencies like the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), funded the Stargate Project to explore remote viewing for military and intelligence applications.
