Rogue fly-tippers dumped tonnes of rubbish at an abandoned garage, leaving it in such a state it looked like the 'apocalypse.'

Fuming locals claim travellers spent weeks ferrying loads of rubbish onto the supposedly secure site before fleeing in the middle of the night.

A video taken by an outraged local shows mounds of mattresses and palettes with scores of tarpaulin rolls and window frames at the site in North Cheam, south west London.
