Corn is growing

The corn was able to survive the frost in our garden. Despite the summer heat, the corn stalks are getting taller. Nature has made corn tolerant of heat. Perhaps this plant tolerates the summer heat better than all others.

Today I was gardening in a large garden. Pulled out the wild grass around the corn. Soon the first corn will be harvested. Everyone who lives a rural life in our area loves corn very much. We love too.
