Action Radio 7/3/24, My Video: The 7 Most Important Minutes of the Kavanaugh Hearing.

Here we go with another experiment. This is a video I made back several years ago after "Frat Boy" Kavanaugh went through his confirmation hearing. I found something absolutely brilliant in the questions and analysis from Sen. Lindsay Graham, which is unusual for the normally warmongering Senator.

*** And everyone else in media missed it!!!

My experiment was to put the video of the confirmation on my computer, and stop it at various points to offer commentary. It's much like I do now with articles, but not so much videos, although I certainly could.

What makes Sen. Graham's questions so incredible is that for the first time I actually heard a Senator try and define the limits of Supreme Court powers, and their ability to create rights out of thin air. This applies to everyone on the Court, everyone who was ever on the Court, and all the egregious opinions like Rowe v Wade going all the way back to Marbury v Madison, the worst case in Supreme Court history as it led to the judicial supremacy and tyranny that still rules much of the gov't, and the country, today.
