This delightful dish combines premium Yellowtail sashimi, crunchy radish sprouts, and the distinct taste of natto, all brought together with a zesty lemon juice and savory yakiniku sauce. Perfect for a healthy meal in minutes!

Ingredients (Serves 2-3):
Yellowtail sashimi (or your favorite sashimi): As needed
Radish sprouts (Kaiware Daikon): As needed
Natto (fermented soybeans): 3 packs (use 2 packs for 2 servings)
Lemon juice: From 1/2 lemon
Wasabi: To taste
Yakiniku sauce (soy sauce flavor): 1-2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Shredded nori (seaweed): As needed

Instructions
1. Prepare the Sashimi
- Cut the sashimi into bite-sized pieces. This recipe uses Yellowtail, but feel free to use your favorite sashimi, such as tuna or salmon.

2. Prepare the Vegetables
- Cut the radish sprouts into 3-4 segments.

3. Combine Ingredients in a Bowl
- Place the cut sashimi and vegetables in a bowl.
- Add the natto from the packs, including the sauce and mustard that come with it.

4. Add Seasonings
- Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the bowl.
- Add a small amount of wasabi to taste.
- Pour 1-2 tablespoons of Yakiniku sauce (soy sauce flavor) into the bowl. Adjust the amount based on the number of servings and your taste preference.

5. Mix Everything Together
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the bowl.

6. Finish and Serve
- Plate the mixture, then sprinkle shredded nori on top as a garnish.
