A former hardware shop owner has stored a collection of tools spanning the past two centuries in a "secret museum".
Before Val Person's father died in 1993, he introduced Val into the tool industry.
Since then Val's enthusiasm has not stopped, he has been collecting ancient tools for 15 years and some of them date back around the 1850s.
The 74-year-old, from Lenzie, East Dunbartonshire, stores them in a room upstairs at the Bill's Tool Store building in Glasgow.
