If Rogue and Johnny really wanted to take a serious shot at Adam Smasher, surely they'd know the most likely place to find him is right at Yorinobu Arasaka's side? V has seen Smasher once at Konpeki already serving as bodyguard, wouldn't it make sense for Rogue to pin down Yorinobus' schedule, find out where he's going to be and find a way to take a shot at him while he's travelling or at a public venue?

Instead V and Rogue follow Johnny's vague notion that maybe Grayson is able to drop some clues or hints about where Smasher *might* be.
