Joe Biden is elderly, and perhaps sympathetic, but he is NOT well-meaning

Special Counsel Robert Hur gave Joe Biden a pass for hoarding classified documents in violation of law because Hur feared a jury woud see Biden as, "a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory." It's utter garbage to label Biden, "well-meaning," in any way.
