Man detained and fined for eating a sandwich & resisting an officer

While the man was not "arrested" he was legally detained and fined for both eating on a platform, and resisting an officer.
Many people speculate this incident to be an act of racism from the police.
Protesters responded to this incident by distributing food on the platform.
