Did you ever have an exasperating day that you got so frustrated with all the things that went wrong that you could just scream? We all have moments like that in life but knowing how to handle them gracefully so you can find focus, self dignity and release the mental tension is the important part. This meditation is perfect for that! Its very easy to do and once you know how to use it, you can bring your self home to a peaceful mind once again.
